About
Biography

I'm a British travel writer, editor and content strategist living in Nice. I've spent 25 years writing for luxury travel, hospitality and international consumer brands, across brand storytelling, destination content, campaigns, websites, email, print and long-form editorial.
I'm an art school graduate: I studied Fine Art at Camberwell College of Arts in London. I started my career in magazines, writing features and later running the editorial side of an international luxury title. Since then I've worked in-house at Booking.com, Silversea Cruises and Crystal Cruises, and now run my own content agency, Abroad & Away.
Search is part of the job: keyword research, SEO, answer-led search (AEO) and generative search (GEO). I also help brands keep a consistent voice across markets. I use AI for research and first drafts; the editing, fact-checking and final judgement are mine.
English is my first language and I'm fluent in French, with dual French and British nationality. I also speak some Italian.
